Hobart Celebrates 100 EI’s

Hobart celebrated completing 100 Employee Involvement projects with a luncheon for employees. Hobart encourages Employee Involvment (EI) at all levels of the organization. ITW is committed to providing employees with opportunities to be involved and help identify, analyze and solve problems in their respective areas. The goal of the EI program is to improve our products to better satisfy the needs of our customers, improve quality and be the easiest company to do business with. Our facility in Palmetto, Florida has completed 100 EI projects since the inception of the program in 2013. Congratulations to the Hobart team!
