Demonstrating how to be a healthy company!

For years, we have been working with and improving our work environment, and we have now reached the point, where we have become a class example for organizations and companies specializing on work environment.

Yesterday, we hosted 10 ergonomic course participants from Crecea at our Danish facility, providing the settings for the course participants to see how minor and major adjustments can improve each worker’s work position and wellbeing at work. The focus was in the factory, where we e.g. have specialized lifts to relieve the workers’ lift. Great efforts have been done to relieve the workers’ tasks, as it is important for us to retain our employees for many years and to make sure that the work does not wear them down.

The ergonomic course participants were also introduced to our daily exercise, which we do for 30 minutes each day during work hours before lunchtime. This is a constellation, which the Danish facility has had for more than 10 years, and it is benefitting the work environment, the company culture, and the social network between departments, not to forget the economic bottom line.

We are happy to assist Crecea and their ergonomic ambassadors during their training, and we are sure that the co-operation is a win-win situation.
