Visit from Delhi Indira Gandhi Int’l Airport

It was with great pleasure that AXA Power received Mr. Roy Sebastian, Associate Vice President of GMR Airport Developers Limited for the factory acceptance test of the first power coils to be shipped to Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport in India.

The complete project includes 81 psc of AXA Power Coils of which the first ones are expected to reach Delhi by the end of January 2010. The rest of the units will follow in batches and will be installed and commissioned during Spring of 2010. Project hand-over is expected to take place around 1. May.

GMR is familiar with the AXA Power coils from various projects – among others in Turkey.
