Military Dual Converter Successfully Commissioned in Israel

ITW GSE Military has successfully commissioned seventeen (17) 270 VDC/400 Hz Dual Output Converters for the Israeli Air Force to support their F-35 fighters and legacy aircraft.  The project included both the ITW GSE Military Dual Output Converters and the ITW GSE J&B Aviation 270 VDC cables.  Israel welcomed the delivery of two (2) F-35 fighters in December 2016.  The ITW GSE Military Dual Output Converters are fully operational supporting the Israeli Air Force.  ITW GSE is supported in Israel by Aviem Systems Limited.

ITW GSE is supporting multiple air forces operating the F-35 in the US and internationally.  The ITW GSE Dual Output Converter is a patented product that supplies both 400 Hz and 270 VDC for legacy aircraft and new aircraft that have 270 VDC electrical systems.  The 270 VDC output of the Dual Output Converter is fully compliant with the latest Lockheed Martin Ground Electric Power Specification.  The 270 VDC cable is also a patented product that ensures compliance with the Lockheed Martin Ground Electric Power Specification throughout electrical transients across the entire range of F-35 operation.  ITW GSE Military has been supporting the F-35 from the beginning of the Joint Strike Fighter program during initial ground testing through entry into active service.
