AXA Power’s General Manager Henrik Olsson makes the point after the first month

HO_2.jpgOn March 2, AXA Power started up an excercise programme.

Each day from 11 a.m, every staff member excercises 30 minutes on a team doing either power walking, power running or bicycling.

After the first month, General Manager Henrik Olsson claims that the benefits are people being full of energy and drive and … overall more satisfied with their lives.  Also the excercises affects on the general team spirit, the productivity…. and on the weight of the employees.
In addition to the excercise programme, AXA offers their employees various snacks in terms of fresh vegetables and fruits during the working day.
