Doug was here!

Service Technician, Doug Wood, from the ITW GSE Palmetto plant has just left Denmark after two weeks of product training. Before coming, Doug already was a very experienced person within pre-conditioned air as he has worked with Air-A-Plane, Trilectron and now ITW GSE PCA units for more than 30 years. What an achievement in itself! Anyhow, he expressed that he feels much more comfortable with the ITW GSE PCA after the training. This enables him to do an even better field support back home. Doug especially highlighted the day spent in the PCA climate chamber where we can do all kinds of product testing under conditions as similar as possible to the place of use. That day was indeed very helpful and beneficial.

During his stay, Doug has taken many notes and collected material that he will share with his colleagues in Palmetto. Seeing, touching, testing the products was an outstanding way to get them under the skin and to get to know the teams behind them better, Doug said before leaving.

As cross training is a focus area within ITW GSE’s global organisation in 2017, we look forward to more opportunities of exchanging knowledge in the months to come. As we say in ITW GSE:

It’s all about connnections
