ITW GSE 3500 Air Coil

A new 3500 Air Coil makes your hose handling easier. Using remote control, the coil can be operated by one person in a simple and safe manner, minimizing wear on the air hose and the aircraft coupling. This also leaves the apron free of equipment.

Hose

Maximize your Air Coil with an ITW GSE SuperHose. The SuperHose AirTight and the SuperHose KinkFree are airtight and kink-free, respectively, and significantly reduces air loss from the PCA hose. This  improves the efficiency by using less power from the main supply. And in an EcoGate system, this excess power can be allocated to other units.

Power Coil

The bridge-mounted 400 Hz GPU with integrated cable coil is automatically allocated the power it needs from the EcoGate-enabled 3500 PCA.

Power Share let’s you use excess power from the grid without having to upgrade gate infrastructure as it simple distributes the excess power efficiently to your eGPU or other charging applications – both during and between turnarounds.

ITW GSE DC Charger

The charger is a DC charger designed to charge high voltage battery driven GSE such as eGPUs, towing tractors, conveyer belt vehicles, cars etc. The charger has 2 outlets of 60 kW (CCS2).

It can be connected to a fixed 400 Hz GPU, and the 400 Hz GPU will control how much power the charger has available. This means that you do not need to change your existing cable infrastructure.
