Saturday 10. April the American / Danish health guru Chris McDonald spend a whole day a AXA giving a fantastic inspiring lecture followed by a lunch. In the afternoon Chris joined us for a run and gave us good ideas of how to run as a team. Afterwards, he joined the Power Walk team and showed the team new and different Power Walk Styles.
We were all very fond of Chris’ humour and feel we have got lots of motivation and inspiration to continue our everyday 30 minutes activity break.
