Tampa International Airport Ranked High for Passenger Experience

Airport Magazine, a publication of the American Association of Airport Executives, states that despite an increased number of persons moving through U.S. airports, passengers report improved satisfaction with their airport experiences, according to the latest J.D. Power North America Airport Satisfaction Study. Portland (Oregon) International ranked highest in passenger satisfaction among large airports fro the second consecutive year according to the survey. Tampa International Airport ranked second and Las Vegas McCarran International ranked third.

Indianapolis International ranked highest among medium airports. Buffalo Niagara International ranked second and Southwest Florida International ranked third.
