Young Energy in Rome!

At Illinois Tool Works we develop a diverse pipeline of young talent, contributing to achieving our enterprise diversity goals. 8 team members from the ITW GSE facility in Denmark, participates in the annual YPN Conference in Rome, Italy. Our Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to building a community made up of our junior-level talent. Since launching in 2014, membership has doubled, and in 2016 the ERG established regional chapters in Europe, Boston, Philadelphia, and Troy, Ohio. For its annual conference, YPN focus on the importance of personal development and received guidance from current ITW Great Leaders. In addition, YPN continues its participation in our community involvement initiatives, particularly the ITW David Speer Academy.
We are proud of our Young Talents teaming up with experienced Great Leaders. Together we are stronger – and also on our path to full potential.
